What happens after you send a request

1. On business days we reply within two hours. If we need a photo or a bit more detail, we'll ask.
2. You get a fixed-price quote. The price we quote is the price you pay, and there's no obligation.
3. Once you accept, we book a day that suits you. You don't need to be home for most outdoor jobs, as long as we can reach an outside tap.
4. On the day, we protect garden beds, do the work and check it before we leave. For house washes we send before and after photos and a completion report.
5. Payment is due on completion. We accept cash, bank transfer and all major credit and debit cards.

What to include so we can quote quickly

Your suburb, the number of storeys, what the walls are made of (render, brick, weatherboard, cladding), and which areas you want cleaned: house, roof, gutters, windows, solar panels, driveway, paths, patio or pool area. A photo of the worst spot makes a big difference.

Managing a strata, body corporate or commercial property? Include the site address, the common areas you want in the scope and any access notes. We can send a certificate of currency for our $20M public liability cover with the quote.
