What's covered in the house wash itself?
Every outside wall, whether it's render, brick, weatherboard or fibre cement. Then the eaves, fascias, soffits and barge boards, the downpipes, window frames, outdoor lights and the outside face of the gutters. Cobwebs and the dust that collects under eaves come off with it. That's the part that costs $350 to $750 on a standard Queensland home.

What order do you do it in?
Top down, so nothing we've cleaned gets dirty again. The roof comes first, because it washes debris into the gutters. Then the gutters and downpipes. Then the walls, eaves and fascias. Windows and solar panels come after the walls, since wall washing runs down the glass. Hard surfaces like the driveway, paths and pool area are last, which also rinses away anything that came down from above.
How long does it take?
A house wash alone takes three to five hours on a single-storey, four-bedroom home, and can take a full day on a two-storey. A driveway is one to two hours for a single, two to four hours for a double with paths. A full exterior with several add-ons can run to a full day or be split over two. Do I need to be home?
No. If we can reach an outside tap and the windows and doors are shut, we can do it while you're out. We take before and after photos and send a completion report.
How do I book?
Call 1300 22 44 15 or use the quote form. Tell us the suburb, number of storeys, what the walls are made of, and which parts you want done. A photo of the worst area helps. On business days we reply within two hours with one fixed price for the whole job.
Do you do commercial properties too?
