We remove leaves, twigs and sludge from the gutters and roof valleys, then flush every run with water to check it actually drains toward the downpipe. Each downpipe gets checked for flow. While we're up there we look for rust, corrosion, loose hangers, sagging sections and stains that show where water has been overflowing, and you get a written condition report afterwards.
