Pressure cleaning, soft washing, roof and gutter cleaning for Elanora homes and businesses, with a fixed price before we start.
Elanora sits just back from Palm Beach and Currumbin, close enough for salt air and coastal humidity to reach it. The render goes chalky. The windows never look quite clean, even right after you've done them. That's salt in the air, and it's not going anywhere.
It settles on roofs and windows right across the suburb, from the streets near The Pines shopping centre to the homes backing onto the creek. It works into the grout, dulls the glass, and feeds mould in spots that would normally stay dry. Older homes have it worst, but even a brand new build picks it up fast.
We've been doing this around Elanora for a long time now, so we know what actually works. Soft wash the roof and walls first, that kills the mould instead of just wiping it off for a month. Then pressure wash the hard surfaces. Nothing fancy, it just holds.
Elanora is mostly 1980s and 90s family homes on hilly streets, with a lot of blocks backing onto bushland and creek reserves. Trees mean leaf litter in gutters and moss on the shaded sides of roofs, and sloping blocks often have retaining walls and long paths that go green. Close enough to Palm Beach to get some salt air, but the bigger issue here is shade.
Gutters and roofs are the main jobs, so we often book a gutter clean and roof soft wash together. Retaining walls and sloping paths get a pressure clean matched to the block or concrete. See Currumbin and Tallebudgera for nearby areas we cover.
