The method suits monocrystalline, polycrystalline and thin-film panels from any brand. With no chemicals, pressure or abrasives, there's nothing to scratch the glass, damage the anti-reflective coating or cause a warranty problem. Before we clean, we look over the panels for cracks, delamination and damaged bird proofing and let you know what we find.
Near the coast, salt spray leaves a thin film on the glass that you often can't see from the ground but that still cuts the light getting through. Bird droppings are worse: they shade part of a cell, which can cause hot spots and long-term damage if they're left. In spring, pollen adds a yellow layer on top. Cleaning every six to twelve months, or more often by the beach, keeps on top of it.

Yes. Both use the same purified water system, so doing them in one visit makes sense and costs less than two separate bookings. Gutters can go on the same visit too.
It depends mostly on the number of panels, the roof height and pitch, and how dirty they are. We quote a fixed price per job. Tell us how many panels you have and whether it's a single or two-storey roof and send a photo, and we can often quote from that.
Yes, more than general dust. A dropping shades part of a cell, which can create a hot spot and damage the cell over time. Our deionised water and soft brushes remove them without scratching the glass, and we let you know if the bird proofing is damaged.
We don't recommend it. High pressure can force water past the panel seals and wear the glass coating, and tap water leaves mineral spots that block light. We clean panels with purified water and soft brushes only, which is safe for every panel brand.
