Pressure cleaning, soft washing, roof and gutter cleaning for Clear Island Waters homes and businesses, with a fixed price before we start.
Clear Island Waters is built around lakes and canals, with large two-storey homes from the 1980s and 90s on most of the water frontages. The water side of these houses gets the most mould, especially under eaves and balconies, and timber or composite decks go grey and slippery. Pontoons and boat ramps collect a green film that is a real slip risk.
We soft wash walls and eaves from the water side, then clean decks and pontoons with the pressure set for the material. Roofs on these homes are usually concrete tile, which suits a roof soft wash. Robina and Mermaid Waters are close by and get the same treatment.
There's a reason waterfront homes in Clear Island Waters cost what they do. There's also a reason they need cleaning more often than the average place.
Constant humidity off the water keeps everything damp, and damp is exactly what mould wants. Canal-front blocks in Clear Island Waters usually carry a lot more paved and rendered surface too, pontoons, pool decks, retaining walls, all sitting right at the waterline.
We keep the chemical use tight and the runoff controlled on every Clear Island Waters job, while still actually getting the render and paving properly clean. Doesn't take much extra effort, just a bit more care.
